“ Daniel Barenboim, Argentine-born-Israeli pianist and conductor has been granted Palestinian citizenship for his intercultural exchange work — it’s thought he’s the first person in the world to have both Israeli and Palestinian passports. He got his new passport after a recital in Ramallah in the West Bank on the weekend.
